Zia Engineering Works is more than a company website: it is one platform that runs the company's whole online presence and sales pipeline. Visitors browse a product catalog by category, explore capabilities, manufacturing, machinery, facilities, quality and past portfolio work, and send a Request for Quote through a form the team can configure themselves. Every RFQ and enquiry lands in the admin portal as a lead to follow up. From about 35 admin screens, the team edits products, builds pages, arranges navigation, manages the homepage, media, SEO, redirects, theme and site texts, and controls who can do what with users, roles, permissions and a full audit log. Content from the old ziaengg.com site was imported automatically, and the architecture is ready for the next phases: quotations, orders, a customer portal, blog, careers and multiple languages.
The company's old website was a static brochure: products and pages could not be updated without a developer, quote requests came in through scattered emails and calls, and there was no way to track leads or control who on the team could change what.
Built a modular Node.js and MongoDB API with a module per feature (products, categories, RFQs, leads, pages, navigation, SEO, media, users, roles and more) and an SSR React website with a built-in admin portal. The team now manages every page and product themselves, RFQs flow straight into lead management, and role-based permissions decide exactly what each user can see and edit.
