Zobix Gaming Zone is a multi-tenant booking and management platform for gaming zones (PC, PS5 and console lounges). Customers browse stores with ratings, see live station availability that updates the moment someone else books, get exact server-side pricing with promo codes and tax, book and pay (at the venue, by bank transfer with receipt upload, or online), then reschedule, cancel, add to calendar, receive email and in-app reminders, and leave a review. Store teams run a real-time live board showing every station, who's playing, time left and who's late; handle walk-ins and cash; check in, extend and check out sessions; and work from day, week and month calendar views. Store admins approve bank-transfer payments and issue refunds, configure stations, categories and a flexible pricing engine, manage promo codes, customer history and reviews, invite or deactivate staff, and export reports. The platform owner onboards, suspends or activates stores, views any store as its admin (audit-logged), compares every store in cross-store reports and monitors system health.
Gaming zones juggle walk-ins, phone bookings and bank-transfer payments by hand, which leads to double-booked stations, missed sessions and no clear view of revenue — and every store needs this without seeing anyone else's data.
Built a single multi-tenant platform with four roles (Customer, Desk Staff, Store Admin, Super Admin), where the tenant always comes from the signed-in account. Bookings are protected against double-booking at the database level, the floor updates live over Socket.IO, and background jobs handle reminders, unpaid-booking expiry and no-shows automatically.
